Processed within 24 hours and ship the next business day. Tracking info is sent once your order is on the way.
Pre-Order Items:
Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and shipping. Estimated timelines are included in each product description.
Shipping Details:
We offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING on all orders. International orders also include fast, tracked shipping—delivery times may vary by location.

At Donestate, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase:
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR WRONG SIZE:
We include detailed sizing info, model references, and fit notes on each product page. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@donestate.com. We’ll make it right.
RETURN WINDOW:
Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within this timeframe.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Returns that don’t meet these conditions won’t be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
